I have been involved in the counselling profession for over 15 years.  My counselling experience has been in the charitable sector, a GP practice and private practice over this time.  Before becoming a therapist I worked in the Corporate sector, which gives me an understanding of the different  challenges working in this environment can pose.

I enjoy working with adults of all ages and gender.  Working through my own life experiences has been invaluable in helping to understand where others might be coming from, personally as well as professional.

My early years were spent in the West coast of Ireland, I have been living and working in London for over 30 years.

My training was in Integrative Psychosynthesis at Re-Vision London, a humanistic based approach.

I am an Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

(To be accredited means having completed a rigorous application process which is assessed for evidence of training, advanced ethical practice and supervision).

My approach/training is integrative, which means I draw on different approaches including relational, psychodynamic, psychosynthesis, gestalt and Jungian.
